DJ 186 Report post Posted February 26, 2016 We are planning on resetting our world on our 7 days to die server for the games official release when it is fully developed. This will start with a fresh new game for our community that has little to no bugs and glitches and will have less lag. This reset will have all the latest features of the completed game and more. We may however reset our server every now and then as we see fit with or without notice to you before the games official release. We would also like to apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. DJ 186 Report post Posted March 17, 2016 I don't see why you wouldn't be able to create your own prefabs. Also with the building projects, I not sure if you would be able to backup an individual location / structure as opposed to doing a complete world backup which is possible. I would have to do research on that but we may also keep a complete world backup prior to the games release, even tho the finished game may or may not look and feel the same as it does with version 13.8 (b7). Also if you wanted as an alternative option is take pictures or even screenshots, maybe a video? so you can keep a record or blueprint of your creation. PUBlick 0 Report post Posted March 17, 2016 Cheers for the quick response! From my past experience in 7DTD I know that it is possible to prefab individual buildings and locations. Although Pvt Per knows way more about this then I do, from what I have always heard this is only possible if one has access to the server files. Also, I am mainly asking this question because I'm sure I am not the only one who would like to know.
