steelB4G 3 Report post Posted October 14, 2016 I know that the Zgate travel commands work for others, but I have not been able to get them to work for me. I wonder if anyone has any thoughts as to how to fix this? Background: I joined the server back in 14.5 and the travel command (or the /sethome command) never worked for me. I can set a Zgate, toggle it private and public and delete them, but I cannot use them to travel with. When I tried to use the travel command, it would tell me it is transporting me and to wait up to 10 seconds and it would deduct the Zcoins. So, any ideas? P.S. Even If this can't be fixed I like this community and plan on sticking around. See you in game!
DJ 186 Report post Posted October 15, 2016 This seems to be a somewhat of a common issue with our 3rd party server manager program at envul.com. I have found a few similar problems that have occurred for others at https://envul.com/forums/cloud-based-server-manager/bug-reports/service-4647-some-players-unable-to-use-command/, and at https://envul.com/forums/cloud-based-server-manager/bug-reports/commands-does-not-work-for-some-players/. Deleting player stats solution on envul.com wont fix it since that was recently done when we had started over fresh for alpha 15. Therefore, I just recently tried the un-ban solution several times in an attempt to see if that fixes it. However I will continue to look for a solution to fix this if that doesn't work. If you would like to, you could try changing your steam username temporarily, to something different to see if that will fix it. Best Regards.
steelB4G 3 Report post Posted October 17, 2016 Thanks for the advice. After you un-banned me I tested the commands and I now have use of the /home and /sethome commands. Still cannot use the Zgate commands, but it's an improvement! I will try the other fix, and see what happens. Thanks Piranha!
