Try connecting to IP: 24.236.36.149 , PORT: 26900 instead, since our ISP has recently changed the IP. Sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused. Best Regards. Piranharage, I am getting the same issues here. The RHG 7dtd pve server doesn't even appear on the steam server list but the new server ip address: 24.236.36.149, Port 26900 does appear in field below for the direct connect option. However, it does NOT work! --An error appears saying that it could not retrieve server info. The only RHG server that does appear on the server list is the Navezgane server. DJ 186 Report post Posted November 16, 2016 The ISP (Internet Service Provider) for our 7 Days To Die server has changed the servers IP Address to: 96.60.39.165, port: 26900. This is done automatically by our ISP, however the server will still be on the homepage of the server list regardless of what the IP is. I could raise the ping limit or remove the limit all together but if a players ping gets too high then it could cause problems with the server. Therefore I have raised the limit from 400 to 450. conoisuer 0 Report post Posted December 3, 2016 Server Lagged my character clipped through the ground into endless free fall, after couple of minutes EAC kicked me saying that i did not have EAC enabled. i Checked settings "EAC is enabled" -disabled and re-enabled for good measure- Restarted 7D2D and now stuck in loading "connecting to Red Hat Gamers Server" screen. I can see that there is 13 peeps currently logged into server but cant say if this is real time or stuck stats. let me know if i am doing something wrong here. Help with this is appreciated. Strider 21 Report post Posted December 3, 2016 Server is hung up. Don't believe anyone is on actually atm. I was on when it hung up. EAC ban is how it kicks you during a hang up for some reason.
