  1. The Temple Of Rage!

I recently built a pyramid for the server, which I shall call The Temple Of Rage. I will work on it more later but this temple is located in the NW desert. Rage Temple was inspired by the Temple of Kukulcan, also known as El Castillo, which is a Mesoamerican step-pyramid that dominates the center of the Chichen Itza archaeological site in the Mexican state of Yucatan. *** UPDATE *** Here is what I have added so far, I might add something to the inside. 2. Feedback Wanted

I am wanting feedback on if I should renew the Envul.com licenses for the server or not. I personally don't think its worth renewing each month but renewing it does have its benefits. By doing so would result in not having renewal messages being spammed in the chat every now and then, as well as enable the use of the /who command, and will also enable custom server commands as well. It seems like the costs at $6.99 a month for a monthly license, (or $60 for a year license), may outweigh the benefits but let me know what you think I should do.
  3. The servers are now back online. Sorry for any inconveniences that the recent downtime may have caused. Best regards.
  4. We have recently updated our server rules for our 7 days to die game servers.
  5. If you ever find yourself going out for a late night swim on a Saturday, be prepared by remembering to use this command when a possible game bug may occur: "/drowning". This command will cure and fix your character from that inconvenient bug of drowning when you have recently left a water source and are on solid ground, out in the open air. I hope this will help out any players that may suffer from this game bug and hopefully it will also create a more enjoyable early access gaming experience. New command to fix in-game drowning on land bug: "/drowning".

  7. We have upgraded to commercial grade internet today for better reliability as well as having a static IP address for all our servers. The new IP address to connect to our game servers is: 184.60.188.250. We are also in the process of launching 7 additional 7 Days To Die servers and hopefully they will be up sometime this week based on if we can get our network setup properly. Thank you to everyone that continued to play on our servers in the past with all the downtime and internet issues that have hopefully been resolved now.
  8. We have recently added the /shop command again just for the sole purpose to exchange your earned Zcoins into Duke Casino Coins. Zcoins are used for teleportation and are earned by killing zombies, 10 Zcoins per zombie. To exchange Zcoins to Duke Casino Coins, simply use the /shop command and then use /buy 49727. The current exchange rate is 100 Zcoins for 1k Duke Casino Coins. New members that sign up to the forums will receive a 25% Zcoin bonus for every zombie kill. Current members that haven't received a bonus and would still like to, please let me know by replying below.
  9. The internet occasionally disconnects with the dedicated server, most likely due to the servers physical location. I could go into more details about it but it could go on and on. Having that said, I am considering moving the 7 Days To Die Server to a shared host with the same exact world as it is currently and using the server to start up additional game servers instead. By doing this it could help get new and different game servers up and going with very little upfront cost after internet and utilities. The shared host will run just as good as the dedicated server for 7 Days To Die, with the added benefit of reliability for the most part. Admins will also be able to restart the server on their own, if they ever need to do so. This game is early access so problems with the game will still occur regardless of what it is hosted on. I will be able to add several, low populated game servers on the dedicated server to be able to grow the community faster with little cost. If you support this idea, take our poll and suggest a new game server that you would like us to add to our server list and by doing so we may add it. Best Regards.
  10. Spawned a bunch of zombies for the 7th day horde. Good times
  11. Server down for routine maintenance and will be back online shortly. Best Regards.
  12. I am currently in the process of upgrading the server to a dedicated hosting solution. I will back up the world and upload it to the new server so you can continue where you left off. The current server will be offline during this process and will finish the moment I am able to backup and upload these files. I will post when I have finished this transition. Sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused.
  13. Would you rather play on a rented server that is slow but available 24/7 or a dedicated server that occasionally disconnects from the internet a few times a day?
  14. I'm not planning on having a /shop anymore since their are now traders and player made shops with the vending machines. However, its open for discussion if we should have one or not, but if so it will most likely have a limited inventory. I'm open for any suggestions and thoughts about the /shop command.
  15. Are you interested in viewing the server chat logs for 7 Days To Die?
  16. We have updated our server to a Random Gen and since this game is starting to be more like a complete game, we aren't planning on doing anymore full server wipes. We have decided to delete regions that are buggy or out of date until the server is updated for the latest release such as alpha15, alpha16. Hopefully this will work as planned and if so, we wont have to do a complete server wipe anymore and force players to start over from scratch. Furthermore to keep loot fresh we will delete regions near the center of the map to keep those locations fresh. We haven't decided how far from center we will be deleting but we will try to delete it regularly so remember to build your base far out from the center of the map. Best Regards.
  17. Server has been updated to the latest build for 7 days to die.

  19. I have decided to upgrade the server to alpha 15 experimental version tomorrow. If things go as planned I will do this sometime in the afternoon, hopefully. This also may result in a few server wipes within a short amount of time between now and the official release of alpha 15. If there aren't any server wipes then hopefully we wont have to wipe the server again until alpha 16. Sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused. Best Regards.

This update has some big framework changes so starting a new game is a must. Please don’t try to salvage your old saved game. 21. Today a player decided to drain a lake into a giant hole. This game at its current state (laggy and unoptimized)is unable to process water falling down into a deep hole and will result in low frames per second as well as choppy game-play. This is why the server is nearly unplayable today and I am in the process of fixing this as soon as possible.
  22. Take our poll to let us know if you would prefer to play on the stable build of alpha 15 or on the experimental version. Please Note - This poll may or may not be used based upon any unforeseen circumstances that may occur.
  23. To delete your old map data on windows, go into your \AppData\Roaming\7DaysToDie\SavesLocal\Random Gen\rhgpve\Player folder and delete the .map file. This will delete your out-dated map data and will automatically create a fresh and updated map for you the next time you login to our server. If you have any further question, comment below.
  24. New 7 Days To Die Game Server is now online (Red Hat Gamers - PVE) and can be found at ip: 72.46.130.170 , port: 25000. We have also removed our other 7 Days To Die game servers from our old providers and they are no longer available. We did this to help tighten up our monthly budget. This new game server provider seems to be very promising for this early access game right now, complete with a stable service, automated restarts, sub accounts for start/stop/restarting the server, and more. Click HERE to learn more about this game server provider. Sorry for any inconvenience that this new transition may have caused.
