  1. Load in issues & Server lag

While I was the only player on this morning around 6;13 am AZ time, I encountered a number of issues on the server. The issues include ; loot lag, falling through the world, commands not working, /zgates & /home teleports not working, EAC kicks, server not responding or too slow to respond, and I observed that the server clock appeared to be frozen at Day 672.13:37. Steps taken: Exited out of the game and restarted Steam. Ensured that game's settings are at the lowest values. Validated all 7DTD local game files. Exited Steam again and flushed my dns cache using "ipconfig /flushdns". Configured Malwarebytes exclusions lists to exclude the folder C;\Program files (x86) \Steam\Steam Apps\Common\7 Days To Die. Rebooted the computer. Restarted steam and attempted to join the server noting that the server time hadn't changed from the last time I had seen it. It took an unusually long time for the sever to respond and just as long for the game to start, but the issues were not resolved. Verified that I could connect to and play on another sever in a more timely manner without the aforementioned issues.
