I don't think we made any rules on claims for the project, but I'd say if you don't want others touching the work you've done, feel free to LCB. I haven't been active on the project in the last week so I'm not sure who might have done it, but I've helped on a couple of lots in progress; figured it was community service, so to speak.

Eh, planting the grass isn't really the hard part. I made a parking lot earlier for the bank building next to the tenements, and that was much more taxing. Looks good now though.

Working the project today. Doing mostly cleanup, but will also help with what looks like a nice big apartment building. It would appear someone else has already begun work there.

I did a little bit of restoration myself last night, removing some debris and rebuilding one of the rooms in an office building. Will try to accomplish more later tonight.

Piranha mentioned the possibility of using Valmod - a mod that overhauls everything that we know of 7DTD - on our server recently. How about we get a number of us to weigh in on this? I for one am feeling the monotony of vanilla 7DTD and would welcome a change, granted that the community was behind it. I don't believe a restart would be required, but I'm no expert. *shrug* What do you all think? Or are there other mods that might be worth exploring?

I would be willing to split time between a modded server and standard PVE. With our team as large as it is, we should be able to cover it all.

You refer to the screenshot I posted, which only illustrates that myself and several other players created a silly sculpture at the military base that had been previously destroyed by unknown players. We decided to laugh it off and have a bit of fun, with plans to rebuild or regenerate the military base this weekend, which is a task I am currently attending to. Nowhere in the topic did I say that I destroyed the base, nor would I. I play this game just like the rest of the fine people on this server and have respect for the rules as well as those who I game with. Next time, feel free to send a private message to either myself or another member of the admin team if you have questions as to why certain actions were committed and if there is any plan to remedy such occurrences. Thanks.

No, I was not responsible for that. I was actually called over there to look at the damage that had been done and we made the best of a bad situation.

I think we should add them back. It's added a challenge, but has also taken a good amount of the fun out of surviving.

Don't feel bad. It's definitely not a cheap hobby. As for me, once I installed that 1070, my motherboard burned out. Had to get a whole new one and install it yesterday. The things I go through just to game.

Hey all, I'm sure a few players got a kick earlier when, right after I said that my new video card was worth the upgrade, my motherboard decided to just up and die! FFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU Anyway, I'll have a new mobo on Saturday, so I won't be able to do my usual admin duties until then. Have fun, ya'll.

I'm pretty torn on the issue. A wipe may be okay, but I hate losing what I've built. Is there a way to regenerate bases in the event of a wipe, or is that just a pipe dream? -
