heya, im not too sure where to put this but here i go. i just requesting whether you will be able to delete my character off from the server? the reason being i screwed my skill points up by alot like spending unnecessary points into the skills i didn't use much at all or which can be leveled by grinding. Though i know this is troublesome request, i hope you can understand. Thanks

it appears the same thing happen again now.

heya, it appears that i am not able to connect back into the game. whenever i try to connect it, it will always stuck at "connecting to server red hat gamers- PVE...". and also when i checked out the server map in there, found out that im still connected even though im not.
