  1. Bees, Bees, And More Bees!

    We attempted to sacrifice Piranha to the Bee Gods By burning on the Alter in an effort to appease the Bees and send them away.
  2. PVP on PVE Server?

    This could work well... Especially if we set up events around it.. Ie a scheduled Death match session.. RHG Hunger games. Sanctioned events could offer prizes etc. Similar to what we did for the Hell Night Challenges a while back. It would be cool if we could set up an area Port gate rather than a specific cord. IE if the player goes to /spawn instead of going all to the same spot, they randomly port within the city. Don't know if envul will allow that. Barring that, if we set up 4-6 different gate points that you can start from, or a safe "lobby" type area so we don't have people camping spawn points. If the comunity came together and made a fun event out of it, it could be a blast. Have it open to PVP, but schedule and announce RHG Hunger Games. Players announce they want to participate, they all enter the city.. last one left standing. etc. could also have a timed fight.. Admin gets a screen shot off everyone's kill score and compares it to one hour later (what every time limit) and the winner gets whatever prize is determined.

    No More Boomboom? Sad bigmeteu is Sad totally make sense.. until TFP fix these issues
  5. Rented vs. Dedicated Hosting

    I liked how we had it in 14.7, the lag was almost unnoticeable. whatever that set up was, pirahna and I set almost 1000 tnt off at zooters at the same time with about 15-20 seconds of lag.... we could have 40-60 zombies in a fight and it flowed smooth. If we could go back to that, even if we had occasional disconnects, that would be worth it.
  6. NAVE is too small for our big community

    Random Gen still crashes a lot. This Nav map is just an experiment to get used to the new mechanics etc of a15 .. see what works and doesn't work. When A15 is live and stable we will be going to a random gen map. As soon as random gen stops crashing I'm sure pirahna will switch us over. Be patient
  7. Shall we keep the city of wasteland spawning zombies?

    Also, the game tends not to spawn random pats in X-radius of areas that have Becky (screamers) popping in. When she spawns a horde, the game attributes the horde spawns to local spawn rate.

    Higher Traffic areas tend to appear to have less spawns... remember the game is running 24/7 so it is possible that they are cleared out faster than you notic
  9. New Killbox at Zooters

    Stark and I have build a new killbox behind Zooters to for zombie farming and to keep the damage down at spawn. It will have a gate and there is already a tunnel connected to the Zooter's Mine entrance. Just follow the torches. B

    Sweet. I was thinking of having the subways run along the same path as the main streets, north south east west so we don't have structural issues with poi/ bases collapsing.
  11. Piranha's Base

    I love the current zooters. One thing I would love any kill event is having layers of protection that we have a fall back to. Spawn and the kill box are great for fishing etc, but there's usually very little danger... I don't - know something about the idea having to face being overrun if we don't work together to plug holes etc. Last night we had a couple spiders and ferals get inside zooters...it was a blast. Think old action movies where the enemy is breaking through and you have to rush to kill them at the bottle neck or fall back to the inner walls etc.

    Okay sounds good we are currently opening up the area East of spawn. Going to be doing some stuff there and already connects to the kill box and eventually it will connect to Moria
