Anybody that harasses and treats the RedHatGamers.com Owners as well as The Entire RHG Team, poorly and shows resentment towards us for getting banned or demoted, will result in a lifetime ban from our servers / website and they will never be revoked! All other bans will have a maximum of a 6 month period and can be appealed at anytime by going through our ban appeal process by clicking Here. Asking any of our staff members to be un-banned or even asking about the status of your ban appeal will result in your ban appeal getting denied and you will not be able to apply for another ban appeal again in the future.

I'm not sure how they hacked into the game but doing that and gaining access will result in a ban.

With these latest updates for the server, we have noticed that admins are unable to remove land claim blocks like they were able to in previous versions. The land claims seem to be permanent and only the owner of the land claim block can remove them. There is not much that we can do about this bug so players must land claim their land in order to keep it since we are unable to settle any more disputes with alpha 14.5. Land Claim Blocks are in the shop for 50 zcoins, so remember to land claim your property to be able to own it, otherwise there is not much that we can do until this bug gets fixed. Purchase land claim blocks with this command: /buy 26990

If any of our server admins start causing problems and abusing their powers please let us know immediately by creating a post in this forum. Admins that we have allowed to help us out to keep order in our servers as well as keeping it a positive and a fun server to play on, do not represent Red Hat Gamers in any way whatsoever, since they are players too. Some admins on rare occasions may start acting up and causing problems towards our servers and community. If an admin is causing problems such as harassing players, insulting players, using racist, hateful, and bigotry talk, or even going as far as breaking our server rules, Please Let Us Know. All admins must follow the same server rules as everyone else in order to keep their status as an admin. Please post any abuse from any of our chosen admins by taking a screenshot or video of their activities, chat, etc. and share it with us by creating a post in this forum.

Perhaps we could just increase the land claim border from 15x15 to 30x30, if thats what people are wanting.

We have decided to remove the world border that used to be only at 5k from the center for our alpha 14.3 world. You are now able to explore as far out as you would like to without much of a limit (besides the limited server resources available, of course). Enjoy .

UPDATE!! With these past few updates, we have began to notice a radiated border that is 10k out from the center of the map. We didn't add this border but 10k from the center seems like an ideal size for a map just like how we have had in previous worlds to help keep the server running smoothly while preserving it from crashes, etc. Sorry for any misunderstandings.

Apparently after much troubleshooting it was a bad region on the map that had bugged out and created these problems. The server is back online again after quite sometime. We would like to thank "Junior.bond" for helping us fix this problem for our server using ftp. Thank you "Junior.bond" for your help.

The only thing we can do is delete your game file to fix this problem and then have you start over new. We will fix that soon. -
Every now and then the commands may not want to work for some reason and makes you wish they had. Now you dont have to wait anymore by using these 2 commands. "/refresh" will refresh the server managers commands and reloads them to work for you again. Another command that does the same thing that you could try also is "/listener-refresh". Please note that sometimes these commands don't work due to a more serious problem with the server manager at Envul. You can visit the envul service status at anytime by visiting: https://cbsm.envul.com/status/ to see if there are any network problems with the server manager.

The other day us admins were playing on the server with alpha 14.2, and then suddenly shrimp007 avatar bugged out for some reason and started doing this... Never saw this bug before, but it is kind of funny to watch, so we decided to share it... Shrimp007 was even able to run around like that for quite some time...

We have played around with the game settings and found that having your video settings on ultra (if you can) and raise gamma to max and lower water and texture settings. This seems to improve performance and prevent lag, while still making the game visually appealing to play. You can see what your frames per seconds are at anytime by pressing f8. Another quick fix for lag would be to go to your settings and then simply re-apply them when your fps drops and you have lots of lag. If all else fails then you could continue to lower your video settings even further until your game is playable.

These settings also seem to work too if you have a decent graphics card.

We finished our new RHG Jail last night, its not as big as the last one but it will work. The small building out in the front is where players will automatically spawn to by our server manager when they kill someone and will have a jail sentence of 10 minutes. We may also fill this full of loot from time to time as we are able to. Also the co-ordinates for this jail are located at: 432 North, 405 East. To learn more about the jail use the "/jail" command or to visit use the "/spawn" command. To pay bail and get an early release from this jail, use the command "/zcoin pay bail". Players can visit here whenever they want for safety as well as to fight off zombies. The passwords to all the doors is "rhg".

Server has been updated to version 14.4, things are coming along nicely with the fun pimps and we look forward to additional improvements by them...

Here is a glitch that many have found and some even falling into. This is a game glitch and there really isnt much that we can do about it. A simple solution would be to avoid it and go around or log out and log back in and it will reload the world and fix this on your end. If you ever fall into the endless void that you cant escape from then you can use the /kill command to re-spawn without logging out.
