  1. Due to the problems with our server randomly disconnecting and restarting on its own, we decided to turn it offline for now until further notice. We are in the process of finding a solution to fixing this with our hosting provider and we are considering going back to our old provider and start doing manual restarts again.
  2. I was just doing some troubleshooting by lowering the slots to find a solution to the random disconnects by lowering the amount of memory usage on the server to prevent the random disconnects. Our game server provider has recently raised the memory limit usage tho to 50% higher than what it was before and that should have fix it and eliminate the random disconnects so we decided to raise it back to 40 slots. @CrypticGirl VIP Reserved Slots only work when the server manager is online (envul.com) and with all these random restarts and disconnects the server manager has been offline a lot recently so that's why you were unable to connect. Sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused and the server should now be fixed so the server manager will be online more often, excluding regular daily restarts for the server at 5 am est. @Noompsie That must have been a bug with the land claim blocks, but I have recently tested it and it does work now with the recent server restart and we have also raised the settings to 30 blocks by 30 blocks of land claim protection.

  4. Ya this provider is still having problems, however I changed the automatic world saves from 15 to every 4 minutes to help with this until our provider responds to my email about fixing this, since they didn't fix it yet.
  5. We have launched another 7 days to die game server called "Red Hat Gamers - PVE 2". This one will mimic the first with most of the same settings and will be improved upon during the week, such as adding commands, etc. Server admins will also have admin status on both servers.

  7. Server Map Still Good?

    That was our setup for the old pve 2 server but we have recently closed that one and our first pve server with the old provider and we are left with the server called "Red Hat Gamers - PVE" only. This new server (PVE) has been setup on a new provider (same as our pve 2 server) with a new ip/port as well as a fresh new world. The new envul.com address for this new server is redhatgamers.envul.com. Sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused.
  8. Since there was a recent crash due to bugs on our PVE 1 server, we have decided to do the change over and drop our main pve server. Our pve 1 server provider currently doesn't have automated restarts and as such we are going to make our pve 2 server be our main one. This new provider has better hosting and will allow us to have automated restarts for our server as well as a watchdog system that will turn the server back on if the server ever had an uncommon event happen such as crashes, etc. Therefore we will have to drop our pve 1 server, turn our pve 2 server into our main one, and then have a world wipe for our new pve server to fix the random disconnects with that provider by placing our server on a new machine. We believe this is the best route going forward with our servers. We also wont be doing anymore world wipes on our servers until further notice. We are currently in the process of dropping our old server (PVE 1) and making our pve 2 server into our main PVE server. Sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused.
  9. The pve 2 server has now been closed and is no longer available. We also decided to closed our first pve server that we recently renamed to creative and that server is also no longer available and we are left with just the one server called "Red Hat Gamers - PVE". Regards.
  10. I'm currently seeing if our game server provider can shut it down and remove it for us since we moved the server to a different machine and renamed it to "Red Hat Gamers - PVE". So the server called pve 2 is the old one and it should be offline and it also shouldn't be there. Sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused since this was out of our control.
  11. We did this already and had Pve 2 placed on a different machine and got a new ip/port. The old pve 2 server shouldn't be there and it will expire eventually since the ghost server called pve 2 was on the old machine and it is just finishing up it's service time that we have no control over. So by all means play on our server called "Red Hat Gamers - PVE" server only, to avoid disappointment since that is the only 7 days To Die Server that we are currently running / paying for at the moment. All other servers will go offline eventually since we are no longer paying for them. Best Regards.
  12. There still are zombies available for you to kill and the best part is, you can fly above them first and have access to all the weapons and ammo that you could ever need. You can also be creative on how you kill those zombies too.
  13. The old server is now a creative server until it expires and is no longer available. We decided to change game server providers and that one is with the old provider.
  14. Ok, our pve server is back online with a new ip of 8.3.28.25 with a port of 2500. This server is also on a new machine with more slots than before with automated daily server restarts. We also wont do anymore server wipes until further notice. Sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused. Thank you for continuing to play on our servers.
  15. This has also been in the making since May 5 for anybody that would like to know.
  16. This might take until tomorrow to finish this new setup but in the meantime our pve 1 server has cheat mode enabled and players can use the u button to access creative menu until the server expires within 3 or 4 days and is no longer available.
  17. We are rendering the map right now on both our servers to help prevent lag from occurring as much and to gain a small performance boost on our servers. It does this by saving a copy of the map on a server file for quicker load times. This will take roughly 2 hours to finish and I will also reply to this post once it has finished to let you know when both of the servers are available again.
  18. with pve 2 the hosting provider did mention that they could put the server on a different machine to see if it would fix the random disconnects but it would require a world wipe. I was going to wait until next month to do that but now may be a better time to do that since pve 1 crashed and it expires in 4 days and will cost $50 to renew for the next month.

  21. Its possible but this game is so bugged that these do occur from time to time. However I deleted the spawn location and the server is now back online and working again as it should be.
  22. A region had bugged out ( the spawn ) and is freezing up the server so I am currently trying to fix it right now. It shouldn't take long to fix but the spawn and building near it are going to be wiped clean.
  23. Our pve 1 server has now finished rendering the map and is now available again to play on. Sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused.
