  1. I would assume it is the Counter Strike: Global Offensive game. I just started playing it not long ago, it's fun and you should get it. However I used to play Battlefield 4 and Combat Arms and many others, several years ago so I don't really play First Person Shooters as much anymore. I had logged a lot of hours on Battlefield 4 and Combat Arms tho, back in the day lol.
  2. Trader Locations

Trader locations can become bugged in alpha 15 and players are unable to enter them and buy and sell items at these trader locations. The only way to fix this bug is to purge it and have it be regenerated. Unfortunately, this will delete player made bases or homes that were built inside of the same region of the map. Best Regards. I am unable to revert back to back to the previously bugged region, but I am able to give you 15k casino coins to help you get re-established. If 15k casino coins sound fair to you let me know, otherwise I could look for another solution for this. Sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused. Furthermore here are a few more posts related to this topic: http://www.redhatgamers.com/topic/475-trader-forever-closed/ http://www.redhatgamers.com/topic/496-trader-locations/
  3. If you are ever stuck at the loading screen and it doesn't ever seem to let you connect to our server, try pressing the "T" button or the "Esc" key a few times. This sometimes seems to work when you are stuck on the loading screen and hopefully it will work for you also.
  4. I'm not planning on having a /shop anymore since their are now traders and player made shops with the vending machines. However, its open for discussion if we should have one or not, but if so it will most likely have a limited inventory. I'm open for any suggestions and thoughts about the /shop command.
  5. I have just ordered 2 compatible sticks of ram to upgrade it to 16gb of available ram for this server. The total cost was $96 and it will arrive on November 4th. This should be enough ram for the server and after doing research, this seems to be the max limit set for the Poweredge T110 with a Xeon 3430 processor. Furthermore, this game is constantly being improved upon so in future versions of this game, it will most likely become less of a resource hog compared to previous versions.
  6. You do realize this post was created 6 months ago, right? We no longer have this server rental since it had zero players for months, but we may add it again in the future.
  7. RHG needs more games to host.

Please don't upload images with trademarks in them. Also more game servers would be an excellent addition to the community. I am also gonna try to launch more game servers soon, when the funding is right.
  8. When playing early access games, you got to expect the un-expected.
  9. Joys of early access

If anybody has some screenshots that they would like to share that are similar to the ones posted in this thread, please do so. By pressing "F12" in the game, you will be able to take a screenshot of your game play with Steam.
  10. Here are some more screenshots.
  11. Trader Locations

Here is one that mysteriously gave up on being a trader and decided to abandoned his store.
  12. Happy Halloween! We hope everyone has a good time this holiday season. All bans from players has also been removed to give those players a second chance. Enjoy!
  13. Region Purge

A bug located at r.3.6.7rg will need be purged during the next server restart to fix a ground loading issue. The ground became unstable and everything would just fall into the void. Sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused and best regards.
  14. Please remember that this game is early access and is still being developed so not everything is going to work as it's supposed to. Having that said, certain things are simply out of our control.
  15. We try to do different things each holiday so it may be something different during those times.
  16. We have recently upgraded to a dedicated server on October 13th. Hopefully this problem has been fixed now.
  17. Any of our top 5 supporters that have donated the most will receive priority access to our servers for free. These reserved slots will only expire if you are ever removed from this list. The current top 5 supports that will receive reserved slots to our servers are: CaptRichards - $205 SteelB4G - $125 Thomas_Crowne - $50.00. Automatick - $50.00. Major - $45.00. Thank you for all of your support.
  18. Since the server has been crashing recently, we have decided to lower the player limit to 16 slots until further notice. This will allow the server to utilize more ram during major events such as mines collapsing and TNT usage. The server is able to run smooth at 26 players or so, however there is very little ram left over during peak times which results in frequent crashes. By lowering this limit it will create a more smoother game play and will help to eliminate lag. This new setting will be applied during the next server restart. We will plan to upgrade the servers ram within the next month or two from 8gb to at least 16gb, so that we will be able to raise this new player limit that has been set. Best Regards. Also, we currently offer VIP Reserved Slots which will grant you priority access to our server at anytime when it is full. To purchase your Reserved Slot so you don't have to wait to connect, Click HERE. Donations of $5 or more will also get you a reserved slot added to your account, Click HERE. 19. New limit has been set to 16 slots.

  21. Staying Safe Online

Another safety tip is to never use the same password twice with any of your online accounts. Always remember to use a different password for each account to further prevent unauthorized access and to help keep it secure.
  22. Trader Locations

Trader locations occasionally become bugged and that region of the map will need to be deleted to be fixed. These traders will never reopen during the day and constantly teleport you away from them. Please remember not to build next to them in the same region so that your home wont get randomly purged without notice. Best regards and sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused.
  23. I leave these old threads open so that they can always be further discussed about or for commenting, however all they are is old and outdated threads. Since the time of this post, we have jumped from several shared hosting companies trying to find the best hosting for our server. After being hosted with all those 3rd party companies we had decided to switch over to a dedicated server instead for better performance. These crashes from our shared hosting providers most likely happened from using up all of the ram on the server due to having multiple game servers on the same machine. We have recently switch to a dedicated server on October 13th and it indeed has been much better and smoother with game play. Our recent SSD hard drive upgrade has also improved game play, regular players that were with us before and after the dedicated server agree. However, the new dedicated server is somewhat of an old relic in terms of servers but it still gets the job done. Upgrading the ram will indeed improve game play, since when their are about 25 players and 80 zombies and 9 animals, the cpu is at about 80% usage and the ram is at about the same most times. However if a player decides to go mining and it collapses the server will use up all the rest of the 20% of ram and the server will freeze. CPU and RAM would be an ideal set of components to upgrade but that could cost hundreds of dollars so RAM may be a better and cheaper alternative for now. I have also included some past screenshots of the performance tab in the task manager that I have been taking of the server to help show you how it runs on most days. The screenshot that maxed out and dropped down was due to a mining incident in the game and I had to restart the server.
  24. Load in issues & Server lag

After observing the performance tab in the task manager on the server, when players use TNT or when they are mining a huge underground area and it collapses, the server ends up using all 8gb of ram and it processes all that extra data very slowly since there isn't any more ram left to use. This most likely was the cause of what happened for when you were trying to connect. Here is a screenshot I took of when something similar had occurred and I was forced to restart the server.
